When asked on how to increase the chances of having a healthy baby, Jennings suggests: (17:55 - 20:25 Min)
- Eating a wide variety of food,
- a diet rich in colors,
- knowing where your food comes from,
- consuming less processed, more seasonal foods.
Overall, Tasha recommends eating as close to the ‘tree’ as possible and consuming zero pesticides.
